I am a chef from Kiev, Ukraine with over 20 years’ experience, of which the last 10 was gained in all corners of Australia - from Sydney to Adelaide. I now want to bring you the taste of authentic Ukrainian cuisine, both the well-known classic dishes and the best of its regional cuisine. All food is made from fresh locally sourced ingredients by myself in advance and will be finished off to order.
